The Beautiful Simplicity of Shrimp Tacos

This is a continuation of our collection of posts from Topsail Island, North Carolina. What a great trip! We mentioned finding a wonderful roadside seafood stand with fresh seafood available, caught fresh from the ocean. While there were a number of restaurants available to choose from with seafood on the menu, we couldn’t resist buying our own fresh seafood and making our own meal. After spending time on the beach and after all the travel, the first night we wanted something simple, and to me, simple is Shrimp Tacos.
