Spicy Tips for Steaming Lobster
We’re huge lobster fans in the Madness household. We once took a trip to Maine just so we could buy lobster from the ubiquitous roadside stands and cook until our hearts and bellies were contented. And then we ate more lobster.

Grilled Turkey Burgers with Pear-Jalapeno Slaw

The biggest disappointment, however, was with "Hog Wild" – they didn't bring any Ghost Pepper Barbecue Sauce this year! Quite the disappointment. They had a bottle in the back last year and it had just the right amount of heat for this heat lover.
