Adult Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Here's a fun lunch recipe you can easily whip together. It's definitely not for the kiddies and is geared specifically for the spicy food lover. The chorizo brings a nice kick, along with the chili powder, and feel free to add in as many chopped chili peppers as you'd like.
Ingredients
- 1 cup elbow macaroni noodles
- 4 ounces chorizo, cooked
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 ounces Mexican style cheese, shredded
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 ounce feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup milk
- Chili peppers as desired
Directions
- Prepared noodles as noted on package – by boiling them about 10 minutes or until done to preferred firmness.
- Drain noodles and add to a large pot. Heat to low-medium heat and add cooked chorizo. Mix well.
- Add milk, cheeses, and chili powder. Stir until cheeses are melted.
- Serve!
