Chili and Lime Cucumbers

This is an extremely simple dish to make, and is quite perfect as a party appetizer or introduction to brunch. Serve with champagne or a cold margarita if it isn't too early.

• 1 small cucumber
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• Juice of 1 lime

Directions

1. Slice cucumber into thin slices
2. Drizzle with lime juice
3. Sprinkle with chili powder
4. Serve!
