Spicy Chili Sauce Pasta with White Fish
This white fish recipe will leave you wanting more, that's for sure. We used tilapia for this particular meal, but you can substitute just about any white fish for a different flavor. Try it out with Catfish and let us know how it turns out!
Ingredients
- 2 cups rigatoni noodles
- 4 small Tilapia Filets (or other white fish)
- 1/2 cup of your favorite chili sauce
- 1/4 cup mango habanero sauce
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- dash of hot sauce
- garlic and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions
- Season white fish with garlic and pepper to taste.
- Set into a frying pan at high heat and cook about 1 minute each side. Reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook 10 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flaky.
- Meanwhile, boil noodles to desired firmness. Drain.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine chili sauce, mango habanero sauce, feta cheese, and dash of hot sauce.
- Mix sauce with pasta.
- Serve white fish over pasta and sprinkle with diced jalapeno!
