Chili Rubbed Corn on the Cob
Grilled corn is always a welcomed side dish or addition to any meal. This recipe is very easy to prepare. Just shuck the corn, rub down the ears, sprinkle, wrap in tinfoil, and grill.

Ingredients
- 2 ears of corn, shucked
- 2 teaspoons of chili pepper oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- Sprinkles of dried oregano
Directions
- Set each ear of corn on a piece of tin foil large enough to wrap it
- Sprinkle each ear of corn with 1 teaspoon chili oil, chili powder,oregano and garlic powder
- Wrap in tin foil
- Grill on a pre-heated grill over medium heat approximately 20 minutes or until corn is golden
- Serve
So extremely easy!
