Grilled Double Decker Taco Pizza Recipe
If you've never prepared our pizza on the grill, you have to try this recipe. Grilling makes the crusts so very nice and crispy. We've had better success on the grill than in our pizza oven almost! Try this one with all sort of other peppers.

Ingredients
- 2 thin 12” pizza crusts
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 6 ounces spinach, cooked
- 10 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, crushed
- Feta to taste
- 8 ounces mozzarella
- 2 jalapenos, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
Directions
- Cook ground beef with taco seasoning and ½ cup water until beef is thoroughly cooked.
- Allow to simmer 10 minutes minimum so the meat can absorb the spices.
- Set a pizza crust on a pizza tray and spread about half of the tomato sauce over it.
- Layer with the taco meat and half each of the tomato sauce, cheeses, tomatoes, and spices.
- Top with second pizza crust and spread over remaining tomato sauce, tomatoes, cheeses and spices.
- Grill over preheated grill, medium heat, about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crusts are beginning to brown.
- Remove from heat, allow to cool, and serve!
