Patty's Potato Mash
This mashed potato recipe was created entirely by Crazy Patty, who does not cook (except for meatloaf) but LOVES mashed potatoes. She has been eating mashed potatoes her entire life and has learned what she loves, so we have many mashed potato variations in the Madness house. We offer you one of her crazy creations. NOTE: These ingredients are approximations! Patty likes to just toss it all in and taste while she’s mixing until she reaches mashed potato nirvana.

Ingredients
- 4 medium sized Idaho potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon habanero mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoon butter
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon table salt
Cooking Directions
- Boil the potatoes until they are soft, about 10 minutes. Drain.
- Add potatoes to a mixing bowl and mash them with a fork.
- Add all remaining ingredients.
- Use an electric mixer to mash the potatoes with the seasonings until they are nice and creamy.
- Serve!
We served ours recently with our Spicy Crock Pot Chicken that just fell off the bone.
