Stuffed Buffalo Turkey Burgers

We admit, these are some MONSTER turkey burgers. I mean, they're quite huge! But they are SO worth it. You don't necessarily have to use this amount of meat, but we like our spicy turkey burgers BIG.

• 16-20 ounces ground turkey
• 1.5 ounces cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
• 1 teaspoon chili arbol molido
• chives to taste
• Your favorite buffalo sauce

Directions

1. Mix the spices and chives with the cream cheese and divide in two.
2. Divide the turkey meat into 4 even pieces. Form each into patties.
3. Form two of the patties around 3/4 ounces of the cream cheese mixture. Be sure to close up the seems.
4. Grill over medium heat, about 10-15 minutes to desired doneness, ensuring the burgers are cooked through.
5. Top with your favorite buffalo sauce.
6. Serve!
