Easy Spicy Pot Roast Recipe
Here's a very easy recipe to make if you've got a slow cooker. You can use just about any cut of roast, but we chose a boneless chuckeye steak. It was plenty marbelized so it resulted in a very tender serving roast. Also, feel free to use frozen jalapenos or other peppers with this recipe. It's a great use of all of those frozen peppers you have left over from your bountiful harvest!
Ingredients
Directions
- Season the steak with the chili pepper seasoning of your choice. We used some habanero flakes.
- In a slow cooker, add steak, whole jalapeno peppers, beer, and potato.
- Cook on medium to low heat about 6 hours.
- Serve with your favorite chili sauce over the top of the steak!

Tip: Get this going around lunch time and let the house fill up with the delicious scent of cooking steak. It'll be ready by dinner time and you'll be VERY ready to eat!
