Simple Habanero Jerk Marinade
Ingredients:
- 2 Habanero Chili Peppers
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg, grated
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon marjorem
Cooking Instructions:
- In a blender, add all ingredients and mix.
- Marinade your choice of fish, pork, or chicken 2-4 hours.
- Prepare as desired.
NOTE: This marinade is nice and spicy, and will certainly give your fish or chicken a kick.
