Spicy Pineapple Fritters
Ingredients

1 habanero or 2 jalapeno peppers, minced

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine peppers, pineapple, chives, garlic, and tumeric. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine milk, eggs and flour. Mix thoroughly.

Cover each bowl and refrigerate 4 hours.

Remove and combine batter with fruit.

In a large frying pan, heat olive oil.

Spoon batter into oil and fry4-6 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove spice fritters and allow to cool.

Serve!
Fritters make a great, fun dessert for parties, but you can also serve them as an appetizer.
