This chili forgoes the focus on tomato sauce and brings in the beer! It’s on the sweeter side with the chocolate and sugar, but absolutely on the delicious side. Include sliced jalapeno peppers for some extra kick, or introduce some sliced habanero peppers for some REAL spice. This one has a good medium heat level and plenty of flavor. Don’t let the amount of ingredients scare you! You can always use your own store bought chili seasoning mix, but cooking with the base seasonings is more fun and allows you to control the flavor better.
