- 1 cup mayo
- 3 tablespoons Sriracha chili sauce
- Juice from ½ a lemon about 2 tablespoons
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Salt to taste
Whisk together the mayo, Sriracha chili sauce, lemon juice, garlic and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Make sure it is nicely blended.
Taste and adjust for salt.

Makes 1-1/4 cup.
