- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chili-garlic sauce
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cayenne or use smoked paprika for a milder version
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use, or serve right away.
Makes about 1 cup of bang bang sauce.
