Ingredients
- 1 pound tomatillos husks removed and roughly chopped
- ½ avocado
- 3 serrano peppers chopped – use jalapeno peppers for a milder salsa
- ¼ medium white onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- Juice from half a lime
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth.
Adjust for salt.
If you prefer a thinner sauce that you can place into a bottle, thin slightly with water.
