- 1 small avocado
- 2 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- Pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning or chili powder
- 6 cherry peppers
Slice the tops off the cherry peppers and set aside. Core the peppers, ensuring not to pierce the outer skin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Spoon your mixture into the hollowed out cherry peppers.
Top with your sliced-off tops and serve!
