- 2 pound smoked turkey breast sliced
- 16 slider buns lightly toasted
- 16 slices Colby Jack cheese
- 4 medium tomatoes sliced
- 8 jalapeno peppers roasted and sliced
- 3 avocados peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sriracha
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Heat oven to 350 degrees, or use your grill heated to medium heat.
Divide sliced turkey breast between the slider bun bottoms.
Top each with cheese and set them into the oven or on the grill and cover. Bake about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Top each with tomato slices, roasted jalapeno peppers and avocado slices.
Whisk together the sriracha, mayo, lime juice and salt in a small bowl. Drizzle over each of the sliders.
Top with the final bun!
