These smoked turkey sliders are the perfect party food, with smoked turkey breast, melty cheese, roasted jalapenos, avocado, and spicy sriracha-mayo.

Ingredients

  • 2 pound smoked turkey breast sliced
  • 16 slider buns lightly toasted
  • 16 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • 4 medium tomatoes sliced
  • 8 jalapeno peppers roasted and sliced
  • 3 avocados peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sriracha
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees, or use your grill heated to medium heat.
  • Divide sliced turkey breast between the slider bun bottoms.
  • Top each with cheese and set them into the oven or on the grill and cover. Bake about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  • Top each with tomato slices, roasted jalapeno peppers and avocado slices.
  • Whisk together the sriracha, mayo, lime juice and salt in a small bowl. Drizzle over each of the sliders.
  • Top with the final bun!
