Kiwi Caipirinha - Recipe
A twist on a popular Brazilian drink recipe made with kiwi, lime, sugar and Cachaça or rum - the Caipirinha. It's a tropical vacation in a glass.

- ¼ lime cut into wedges
- ½ kiwi cut into slices
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 ounces Cachaça or white rum
Place the lime wedges and kiwi slices into a rocks glass and add sugar.
Muddle contents in the glass.
Add ice and Cachaça or rum.
Stir.
Garnish with a kiwi slice and serve.
