- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 3.4 ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chocolate habanero powder
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream together butter, coconut oil, sugar, brown sugar, and pudding mix.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt, chocolate habanero powder and baking soda. Stir into creamed batter.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Cool and serve!
