Oven Baked Maple-Soy Candied Bacon - Recipe
This recipe for candied bacon is maple syrup sweet and as spicy as you want it to be, with a rich, earthy dose of soy sauce. It is the perfect appetizer or party food. No one can resist candied bacon. A mixture of soy sauce, pure maple syrup and spicy chili powder turns bacon into a sweet treat. I like to serve these at brunch alongside a Bloody Mary bar. Be sure to make extras. Nobody takes only one.
