Baked Salmon Recipe with Cajun Lemon Butter
My baked salmon recipe uses a blend of Cajun seasonings then serves them up with melted butter and fresh lemon. Highly flavorful and easy to prepare.

- 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasonings
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced parsley
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Brush salmon with olive oil then season with half the Cajun seasonings, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Get both sides.
Set into a baking dish and bake 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through to your liking.
When salmon is nearly done, melt butter in a small pan and swirl in lemon juice and the remaining Cajun seasonings.
Set salmon onto serving plates, top with butter and parsley.
Serve!
