This elote recipe makes the best Mexican street corn with grilled corn on the cob slathered with mayonnaise, lime juice, spices and crumbly white cheese.

– Heat a grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates. Grill the corn, flipping often, or until lightly charred and golden in color.
