Really easy to make. Ive done it 3 times for Potlucks and its been a hit. I couldnt find creole mustard - so i subbed in Horseradish Mustard and used Smoked Paprika. its Awesome.~ Jamie Parisi
– Stir in the cooked potatoes to completely coat them in the creamy mixture.
– Gently stir in the chopped hard boiled eggs. Mix or mash the potato salad to your preferred consistency.
– Taste and adjust for salt.
