How to Roast Tomatillos

1. SALSA VERDE

Serve it up as a table sauce, hot sauce, or as a salsa with tortilla chips.

2. Green Chicken Chili

Loaded with flavor, with chunks of tender chicken simmered in a tangy verde sauce, beans, and the perfect spices, so comforting.

3. Tomatillo Sauce

Similar to your favorite salsa verde, using the same ingredients but emulsifies it with vegetable oil for a creamy consistency.

4. Green Enchilada Sauce

Tangy and delicious with roasted chilies, tomatillos, and fresh herbs, so much better than store bought!

5. Chicken Enchiladas Verdes

Stuffed with tender chicken, smothered in tangy salsa verde.

6. Spaghetti Verde

Made with spaghetti noodles tossed in a flavorful green sauce of tomatillos and roasted peppers. Delicious!
