Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 2-3 chili peppers diced - use a variety of your choice! I used serrano and Georga Flame
  • ½ white onion diced
  • 1 juicy tomato diced - I got to pick an heirloom just today for this
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Toss.
  • Taste and adjust for salt as needed.
  • Serve!
