Garlic Parmesan Sauce Recipe

This garlic parmesan sauce is easy to make with a buttery base, savory parmesan cheese, fresh garlic and spices, perfect for chicken wings and other dishes.

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or use 1 teaspoon fresh minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes optional, for spicy
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce optional – use your favorite!
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Squeeze of lemon juice optional

Instructions

  • Add the butter to a small pot over medium heat. When melted, stir in the parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic, red pepper flakes, hot sauce and salt and pepper until well combined.

Notes

Makes about ½ cup.
A spash of lemon juice at the end is nice for a touch of acidity and freshness to balance out the butteriness.
