Easy Cheesy Chipotle Bean Dip Recipe
This easy-to-make bean dip delivers HUGE flavor with chili beans, tangy chipotle sauce, and plenty of cheese. A must-have party appetizer dip.

- 1 can chili beans
- 7 ounces chipotles in adobo sauce
- 1 cup sour cream or Mexican crema
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 8 ounces shredded Monterrey jack cheese
- Chopped tomato peppers and fresh herbs for garnish
- Tortilla chips for serving
Add the chili beans, chipotles with adobo sauce, sour cream and cream cheese to a food processor and blend until slightly chunky. Do not drain the Brooks Chili Beans beforehand.
Pour the mixture into an oven safe pan and top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, until the bean dip is warmed and the cheeses are nicely melted.
Garnish with chopped tomatoes, peppers and herbs.
