Terrific marinade! Better than any I've ever purchased or made myself. Other than substituting habaneros for the scotch bonnets, I followed your recipe as written. ... – For the jerk marinade, add all of the marinade ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until smooth.– Next, poke some wholes in your chicken with a knife to let the marinade permeate deeper.
– Set the chicken into a large bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken and rub it down.– Cover, refrigerate & marinate the chicken. Discard the marinade when ready.
– To grill: Heat a charcoal and oil the grill grates. Grill until the chicken is cooked through. - To bake: Heat your oven and bake the chicken until it is cooked through.
