Chimichurri Shrimp Recipe
Chimichurri shrimp is easy to make with spiced shrimp pan seared and tossed with zesty, garlicky chimichurri, great as an app or with rice or noodles.

- 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¾ cup chimichurri
- Lemon for serving
Toss the shrimp with vegetable oil, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste until well coated.
Heat a large pan to medium-high heat and sear the shrimp 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.
Toss with chimichurri. Squeeze lemon over the top and serve.
I LOVE this tossed with pasta, but it’s great with steamed or fried rice, or as an appetizer.
Serves 4 as a main (4 ounces portions) with rice or noodles, 8 as an appetizer (2 ounce portions).
