This was a great recipe. I have some people that don't like spice so I made a packet of gravy for them but I loved the gravy from the roast. It was a nice slow heat and tasted great. Thanks for sharing the recipe.~ Justin H
– For your gravy, strain the cooking liquid and reserve the pepperoncinis, if desired. Thicken the gravy in the pan with the cornstarch slurry, then serve it over the Mississippi pot roast. Boom! Done!
