How to Enter (takes 60 seconds)

Cook the recipe any time in January and leave a star rating + written review on the recipe page.
What makes a review super helpful (and what we love to read):
- What heat level you went with (milder vs extra spicy)
- Any swaps you made (peanuts/cashews, veggie add-ins, etc.)
- What you served it with (rice, noodles, stir-fry veggies)
- Timing notes, sauce tweaks, anything you’d do again

Do I need to leave a positive review to enter?
No - we want honest reviews. The goal is helpful info for other cooks.
Do I need to post on social or upload a photo?
Nope! Social is optional and only for a bonus entry.
Can I earn multiple entries?
Yes - 1 entry for your review + 1 bonus entry for sharing on social.
How will you know it’s me?
We’ll use the email attached to your recipe review to validate entries and contact the winner. Your email will NOT be posted or shared - only I will see it.
Simple Rules (The Fine Print)
- Eligibility: Open to those 18 years and older within all countries where I can send an Amazon e-gift card (void where prohibited).
- How to enter: Leave an honest rating + written review on the Kung Pao Chicken recipe page during the challenge dates.
- Bonus entry: Share your photo on social with #ChiliPepperMadness and @chilipeppermadness or email it to mike@chilipeppermadness.com (one bonus entry per person).
- Entry limit: 2 total entries max per person (1 review + 1 social bonus).
- Winner selection: Winner is chosen randomly from eligible entries after the challenge ends. Odds depend on number of entries received.
- Winner notification: Winner will be contacted via the email used for the recipe review. If we don’t hear back within 72 hours, we may pick another winner.
- Prize: One (1) $100 Amazon gift card. No cash substitution. Winner is responsible for any taxes/fees (if applicable).
