So many cookbooks give you 100 recipes and call it a day, but not this one. I created Flavor Madness in two parts, because that's how I actually cook.

The Bases flip from the Flavor Madness Cookbook

Section One: The Bases. You get sauces, salsas, seasoning blends, and condiments that build your flavors. These are your workhorses. Make one on a Sunday and you've set up a week of great food. Every one of them stands on its own, too, so maybe your chili crisp goes on eggs, your Cajun blend goes on everything. You'll use these bases over and over again for so many meals.
