Here is a collection of recipes influenced by the many varieties of Puerto Rican cuisine, all with a spicy flair and, yes, incorporating a good variety of chili peppers and spicy seasonings. Some of my favorites include Pernil, Carne Guisada and Arroz con Gandules.
