I am very interested in your book. I am also very interrsted in South American spicy food, especially Peruvian dishes and recipes. Do you feature any of these in your book(s)? The latter, being located on the Pacific coast, is rich in fish and seafood. Perhaps your spicy seafood recipes include Peruvian culinary arts? Look forward to hearing more from spicy South America.

This book is awesome. I was upset at one point as I thought this was one of the books I lost from bad flood we had here in NJ.
Years later when I moved into a new apartment I found it accidentally stuffed inside another cookbook. Was so excited to find it.

Hi Mike, I love, LOVE, your spicy recipes so I bought this book on Amazon for my son thinking he might begin cooking if he is inspired! I love the pictures and the choices of recipes. But what I didn't like : the print is just too SMALL. Keep in mind for next book please.
