I am very interested in your book. I am also very interrsted in South American spicy food, especially Peruvian dishes and recipes. Do you feature any of these in your book(s)? The latter, being located on the Pacific coast, is rich in fish and seafood. Perhaps your spicy seafood recipes include Peruvian culinary arts? Look forward to hearing more from spicy South America.
