Love the recipes and would love the opportunity to win a copy of the Spicy Foodlovers Cookbook. Favourite recipe would have to be any of the sauces love using my mates as guinea pigs during our monthly poker sessions. Congrats!!! I am a total "chile-head", and I have lots of fave spicy dishes- especially Sichuan Chinese ones- but two of my all-time faves are pasta with a Habanero-Cream Sauce, and a Habanero-Peach Cobbler called "Peaches in Paradise"!
