Here is a collection of recipes influenced by the many varieties of Cuban cuisine, all with a spicy flair and, yes, incorporating a good variety of chili peppers and spicy seasonings. Some of my favorites include Ropa Vieja, Mojo and the famous Cuban sandwich.
