Here is a collection of recipes influenced by the many varieties of Japanese cuisine, all with a spicy flair and, yes, incorporating a good variety of chili peppers and spicy seasonings. Some of my favorite include Pork Katsu, Teriyaki Sauce and Miso Ramen.
