Angela Win says
would have loved this book but it is so much for freight on top of the book cost to send to NZ that I will miss out.
such a shame Mike that there isn't a downloadable pdf version.
I agree, I love my dehydrated chillies.
Angela
Mike Hultquist says
Hi, Angela. Actually, there should be an ebook version to download for Kindle. I do know it's available from other Amazon distributors worldwide. Not sure for NZ, though. Sorry.
Teresa says
What, a great book & I don’t see any recommended dehydrators? I had one a long time ago but moved and it was too bulky. I want a small one as I don’t have kids around anymore …. I like spicy but I did get bored with trying to make up my own recipes. As I just read on, kindle format would be a big plus !!
Mike Hultquist says
Thanks, Teresa. I have some dehydrators recommended on my Shop Page. I use a couple different ones, an Excalibur for larger jobs, and a Nesco for smaller ones. There are many great brands out there. See: https://www.chilipeppermadness.com/shop/

When researching on the internet the various cultivars, your site is coming up in resultsand proving to have some of the best content. Purchasing your dehydrator book today due to my other passion, backpacking and bike packing, but also to support your continuing efforts.
