Thai Peanut Noodles Recipe

Thai Peanut Noodles Recipe (Peanut Butter Noodles)

Are you ready for a big bowl of comforting noodles? It doesn't get any more comforting than this dish. We're talking Thai-Style Peanut Noodles, and they are sure to satisfy.

What I love about this recipe is that it's quick and easy to make with simple pantry ingredients - peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili-garlic sauce, rice vinegar, honey, lime juice - and it works with any of your favorite noodles.

All it takes is whisking the peanut butter sauce ingredients in a bowl and tossing it with your cooked noodles.

It's also very easy to customize by adding in any of your favorite stir fry vegetables and/or proteins for a more complete dish, though it is perfectly delicious on its own.

It's perfect for spicy food lovers who want great flavor in a hurry.

Let's talk about how to make Thai peanut noodles, shall we?

I was struggling over what to make for dinner when I came upon this recipe on pinterest.
payday is tomorrow, so not much on hand.
BUT, I had 2 top Ramen, 1 chicken breast, and everything for this sauce!! I found pre-cut onions, red bell peppers, and about 1/2 cup frozen peas.
I made the sauce just as described and added to cooked Ramen after sautéing chicken and veggies.
great recipe! and I have dinner for 2 nights!

Delicious! I made this with shrimp. Judi is here so I could not use the sriracha sauce, so I substituted regular chili powder and she still thought it was spicy.
    .
I did add some water but when you say thin to your desired consistency, I do not know what that means so after we three enjoyed the thick sauce, Connie then thinned it with some chicken broth.
    .
Looking forward to the leftovers. This is definitely a top 10 recipe.
